Contacted Jim to handle my truck transport from Arizona to East TN. First time shipping vehicle, so I was a bit nervous. Jim kept in constant communication, making sure my truck was delivered promptly an in good condition. It actually arrived a day ahead of schedule. This isn't a unicorns and rainbows review: Jim was upfront about the process and truthful about what would be provided. I appreciated that. Highly recommend using Mercury Auto Transport.
