Could not get the job done

I engaged Mercury after reading positive reviews online. After speaking with Cici and her assuring me that the route was easy, I gave her a week to move our car cross country. Unfortunately with a week and unlimited price budget, Mercury could not get the job done. Throughout the process they repeatedly missed emails or took more than 24 hours to get back to me. My impression is that Mercury is ill-equipped to do the one job that the company professes to do, and there are major communication issues to fix.
