After getting calls from multiple companies, I trusted Mercury for their "honesty" and the positive reviews on this site. Big mistake. Once we agreed to a price he gave me one offer $100 more expensive and told me my car was going to be picked up within a couple of days. That didn't happen. Tried multiple times to contact them for an update and they all went unanswered. Five days later he contacts me that he has another transport but may be two or three days later but may need to pay a little bit more to get it picked up sooner.

I went with a competitor and she got it picked up the same day.

These people are scum. High pressure and will make you wait because they know if they do, eventually you will cave in.
