This was my first time using a shipper so I needed a lot of hand holding and in fact got it. Really explained the whole bidding process and put me at ease. Hooked up with a fabulous shipper, Class A Transports, Inc. Did everything they said they would. Plenty of contact and updates, were right on the money for delivery. Car came off perfect.
