This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle. I was definitely nervous and not familiar with the process. Sam explained it to me clearly and after talking with several companies who offered to ship my vehicle - and doing research on ratings of the various companies - I chose Sam and Mercury. Sam was honest about the process and the fees. I was comfortable entrusting my vehicle to his company to arrange the shipping. I was not disappointed, the driver was prompt and courteous. I did not experience any problems and everything was just as I was told up front. Vehicle arrived at the destination on time and with no damage and no issues. Thank you Mercury for being an honest company I am comfortable recommending to others.
