My rep from Mercury was Chase. After searching for a bid, I received at least 15 emails and phone calls from other carriers, some just sounding like salesman or possibly scams. I filtered out 9 due to price ($75-$125 more than Mercury), and 3 due to non-professional sounding messages and possibly "too good" pricing. Of the 3 companies I returned calls to, Chase was the easiest to reach, returned my messages at the proper time, and set up a quick appointment that worked for all involved. He was patient when I told him I needed to consider the date and price of the move, and set up a person to hand over the keys. Was also in a situation where I needed him to work out a different payment option than normally offered, and we came to a fair agreement. Vehicle was delivered on time with no damage, proper communication from driver as he neared drop off location, and all is well. I would definitely recommend Mercury and utilize them for future moves.
