I had an extremely difficult situation. My car was damaged and not steerable. My delivery was scheduled on the day that a hurricane hit the delivery state. My Rep kept in touch, arranged for storage and delivered the car as soon as it could be delivered. I have used other shippers before and there were always broken promises and increases in the cost. Mercury went the extra mile, literally, and kept all their promises.
