I was extremely impressed with the service Mercury Auto Transport provided. Starting with the customer service and attention Carol Ciriello gave me. She communicated all aspects of the transport and kept in touch the entire time. After expressing my concern for the well being of the car I was transporting, she assured me it would be well taken care of. She was able to somewhat grant my wishes as to where the car was going to be placed on the transport truck (tucked in front on the lower level). I was very particular with the caring of the car based on the year and value. The vehicle was picked up the same day and delivered a day early. I cant say enough about the service I received from Mercury Auto Transport and their representative, Carol Ciriello. Thank you so much.
