First time customer, what got me to choose Mercury over the rest was Mark prompt replies to all questions. Not only he replies asap but he even send you detailed information about how the business works for everyone involved, the customer, the broker and the carrier. That upfront attitude was the key for me, in addition the actual amount of positive reviews. 5 star Average is not the same between a 10 Total reviews service VS a 100 reviews one. I will definitively use Mercury in the future when needed. Tip of the hat for Mark he really made things smooth.
