This is a tough one!

The customer service I received from Jim was really good! I think the things that were disappointing were a little out of his control. Im aware that a delivery time of 8 days may not be extreme, but it feels like an eternity when no one is communicating to you what is going on. There were times when the driver would not pick up the phone, I'm assuming he was tired of not being able to give good news. I'm pretty they just simply left MA late and were just not being honest with me, but I can't prove that. As a first time shipper, that is a little scary. I think in the future instead of saying the car will get to the location on a certain day, they should manage expectations that it may within 7-10 business days, or whatever, because I had a rental in my new city, not knowing how long I would need it. I did eventually receive my car, and all is well now, just a frustrating process at the time.
