GREAT experience with Mercury Auto Transport

"It is my pleasure to offer a Review of my experience with MERCURY Auto Transport and their agent Juan Carlos Bonitto.

Almost immediately after entering my transport needs at a generic online "ad" early one Sunday morning in May I began to receive quotes from Transport Companies, an industry/ business I knew nothing about. Mercury/Juan was the first to contact me (on a Sunday!). Our conversation was brief but I knew I had a force bigger than my own working with me as Juan immediately put me at ease.

From the beginning to the end of my transport needs, Juan's level of customer service was infused with sound knowledge, clear instruction and a genuine concern for my/his customer's welfare. He warned me to be on the look out for aggressive tactics from other brokers in the industry which proved to be absolutely true. Other quotes were expected but the intensely aggressive tactics employed by some other companies in phone text, calls and emails in the first two days was challenging to say the least.

I could easily have made a mistake. One company I did NOT authorize to post on the driver board did so with a bigger amount than I could afford!. Because Juan had taken the time to tell me how the brokers worked I was able to handle that one on my own but I would have been clueless if I had not first been educated by Juan. Clearly he knows his business and stuck with me every step of the way.

Juan steered me away from a driver with a broken winch then negotiated with a better driver who took the job in the price range and time frame Juan and I had agreed . "Ian" carefully loaded the car at my house in rural mid coast Maine close to 24 hours after our first conversation. The car was delivered 48 hours later to the repair shop in CT in good shape to get its new engine.

Mercury is the #1 Auto Transport company for me because of the professionalism their broker Juan Carlos Bonitto employs. If you can promote Juan DO IT.. but please, don't take him away from the customer service line completely. He'd make a great trainer for new representatives too! Managing instructor/trainers and providing customer service over the phone is what I do at Maine Maritime Academy. Juan has exactly the temperament, knowledge of his subject, patience, good humor and kindness we all appreciate from the people we work with.

Thank you Mercury! I will not hesitate to recommend your company (and Juan!) to my family, friends and colleagues.
