This was my first time to transport a vehicle from Puerto Rico to the states, and Juan Carlos was an excellent person to work with. He went the hole nine yards for me. Did it from P.R. to NJ and to Massachusetts on time. Recommended mercury auto transport to all my friends. Great company. Realize it was from Puerto Rico to Massachusetts.
