First I would like to say that this whole experience is kind of stressful, because you have all these different company's emailing you for your services, but what is the killer you are being told that my company can do the job and do it fast and they never follow through. but I want to give a very special thanks to Mr. Juan Carlos"JC" Bonitto of Mercuery Auto Transport this guy was the first to get hold of me but I did not know if this guy was bullshitting me but he was truthful from the start, but me being the person I am I went with someone else instead of getting mad at me he stayed positive he told that if they don't give a driver's name or # and a date to pick up your car, and do they have their own driver's then don't even give them the time or day. we'll I did the unthinkable I gave this ass mother fucker from American Auto Transport name Paul Strausberg 150.00 deposit and he promised that on 09/26/2013 he would have my car on a truck and it would be delivered to me in 10 days we'll my car never got picked and I started to get pissed off so I called these assholes and left them a nasty message, which they never got back to me, on sunday I called "JC" and left a message and told him to call me ASAP and he was on the phone with me the first thing monday morning I told him to help me, "JC" did not miss a beat he immediately did a three way call to one of his trusted trucking company's and he worked out a killer deal for me, I had the name of the company the driver's names and PH#'s. first I would like to give tell how much of a professional human being "JC" is he knows what he is talking about he has been in the field for years and has been an established broker for many years, and it is his own business which he franchises from mercury so your dealing with the owner,boss,employee your getting first hand grade A customer service, he exemplifies that even in a screwed up world we live in there are beautiful people like "JC" I would like to say how appreciative I am for having found "JC" and hopefully one day our family's could sit down have dinner together, thank you so much brother and if your ever in california please give a call and I will do the same if i'm ever in your side of the country. so for all you people looking for a trust worthy company to transport your car then look no further call Juan Carlos Bonitto at (954)239-1780 x 23 ask for "JC".
