I contacted Mercury Transport after a very bad experience with another transport company. From the moment I contacted Mercury, and speaking with Jim Godze, I felt confident that I was going to have a positive experience. Mr. Godze, walked me through all the steps that it would take for my car to be transported. The price he gave me was very fair, and there was no hidden fees or charges added at the end. My car was picked up at the exact time, I was told, and it arrived at the exact time I was given. The young man who transported my car was so professional and courteous. This was my first experience in using a transporter and I am so pleased that I was able to have it done with a company that stood by the promise they gave me. My car was delivered in the same condition, with not a scratch on it. Mr Gozde and the transporter kept me informed of the progress of my transport. In the future, if I, or a family member, or friends ever need a transport...I would not hesitate to recommend Mercury Auto Transport, (Jim Godze). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone needing a Vehicle transported to give Mercury Transport a call, and I guarantee you would have the same great experience.....
