Everything was taken care of. The carrier was late due to an accident on the interstate but the agent continously followed up to ensure everything was good to go. At the destitation he followed up more and informed me that my vehicle was available for pick up before the carrier even called me so I was able to pick it up first thing in the morning on the way to work.
