Being the first time I had to ship a car I was nervous about what to expect. After doing my research I chose Mercury Auto Research. Jim at Mercury was the most informative of the representatives of the three companies I called. He kept personally in touch throughout the process. The final price was within the range he gave me and the pick up and delivery dates were as promised, which in my case the pickup date was on a holiday - Labor day 2012! Thanks Jim!
