This was our first time to have a vehicle transported and we were unaware of the procedure. Roman was very good at explaning how it all worked and we felt comfortable that we were given good info. And as it turned out we were and all went well. Vehicle was delivered safe and on time to our son in AZ.SO think we picked a good company to work with on this deal.
