I have no idea where to start...Sam was one of the nicest and most honest professionals I have ever talked to. I gave him a budget (that may have been ridiculously cheaper than normal) and he worked nonstop until he found a driver that would agree with it. I told him he could take 2 weeks if he needed to, since I understood my price range may have been unreasonable. Sam called me often to give me price change options. Not only did he just take 2 days to find a driver to agree to my budget, but he found a driver who was as nice and courteous as he was. Blulent was kind enough to pick up my car early and called me during the trip to give me updates. My car was delivered 5 days prior to the estimated delivery time. I can not believe the service I got from these companies. Please do yourself a favor and ONLY work with Mercury...ask for SAM. You will not be disappointed...contact me if you have any questions.
