When I called Mercury, a fellow by the name of Evans Pierre spoke to me and got all the details about my move from California to Pennsylvania. The company that originally was to pick up my car starting giving me a hard time about the pick-up time. I needed it picked up a certain day because I was flying back to PA. I immediately called Evans (this was the week-end) and sure enough he answered and arranged to find another company. The car was picked up on time and I have to thank Evans for all his efforts. We did have to pay another $150.00 for articles in the car. My hat goes off to Evans Pierre for being so kind and helping my car get to its destination.
