This was an awesome experience. I was worried because I have heard bad things about transport companies....BUT I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Jim Gozde was my customer service representative and he stayed in constant communication with me. When he said he was going to contact me at a certain time or have an answer at a certain time he always did. I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service and his genuine concern that the job was done right.

The transport company that picked up my car and delivered it were great as well. They picked up on time and delivered my car 3 days later...from Texas to Florida...that is so much quicker than I ever could have expected.

Thank you so much to Mercury Auto Transport...specifically Jim Gozde for all of your hard work and perfect service I really appreciate it.
