If it wasn't for Charlie, when I called you company, I would have lost my mind. Here I was in a state strange to me, when my car broke down! I did not know what to do or where to go, I was stuck and at a loss. When Charlie made me know that everything was going to be alright and I would/ was taken care of promptly and had great customer service!! I hope I never do, but if I every get standed again, I'm calling Charlie!!
