This was my first time to transport a car so I was a bit reluctant and even more confused on which transportation company to choose. Evans from Mercury Transport was one of the first contacts and he clearly walked me through the process and what to expect. After many calls from other transport companies with pushy salesman and much higher prices I called Evans back to book the pickup. He was very kind and patient and has a good scene of humor. The car was picked up within 2 days of requested ship date, and they were right on time as promised. The car was delivered to me 2 days later in PA. I was fortunate to be on both ends of the transport. I saw it load on the truck in MA and I was there to receive it in PA. It was actually the same truck driver and the car was in the same position on the truck when in was loaded in MA. I was fearful that the car would be on and off of several trucks but it was delivered as promised from Evans. Other then a few greasy finger prints on my white car the car came to me in the same condition as when it left. no dings, no scratches. Evans was great He promptly answered all my emails and phone calls, I would definitely use Mercury Auto transport again.
