This is the first time I ever transported an automobile. My son accepted a position in CA and we needed to get his car to him as soon as possible. I received quotes from many transport companies and did my home work and read the reviews. After I narrowed the choices down to a few companies, I called to check on how soon they could get the car to where he was in the bay area. The ones I spoke to said that it could take 3 days to locate a transport and another 7-10 days to get the car to him. I spoke with Evans Pierre of Mercury Transport, who said they could have a driver to me in 24 hours and my son's car to him with in 5 days. That was Wednesday July 13th. Sure enough on Thursday July 14th I received a call from Chase in dispatch telling me they located a truck and it would be there that evening to pickup the car.

The transport arrived at 9:30pm. The car was loaded into the transport with no issues. Sunday July 17th I called the drivers and checked on the delivery date, which was to be Tuesday July 19th. The driver said that they were on schedule and would be there Tuesday. Monday night my son received a call from the driver letting him know that they would be there Tuesday July 19th at 12pm. The car arrived early at 10:30am. The drivers were very nice and the car arrived with no problems.

Anyone considering using a transport company I would highly recommend contacting Evans Pierre at Mercury Transport. Evans provided good communication and great customer service. Because of the service provided my son will be able to start is new position on time.
