I moved from Texas to Rhode Island and one of my friend referred Mercury Auto Transport. They dispatched my car I time, but the truck carrying my car had some problems so the driver had to go back and had to load it in another truck for the delivery. So the delivery was delayed for 2-3 days, but it was on schedule from the next dispatch date and they were always prompt in providing the status of my truck and help me in any way. I don't think the delivery truck failure was in their control, so I am giving them full rating.
