It was a very un-eventful transport. Mercury was very willing to provide information about the business (even if I didn't want to care) and Daniel worked hard to get my business.

The driver they used to transport my car kept in touch with Mercury and myself and worked with my availability.

Overall, a good company. Unfortunately they can not offer many guarantees, but that's what insurance is for.
