True, I had booked with another company because their quote was lower. I learned my lesson. This company knows what they are doing, kept in touch with me at every step, reassured me when I was concerned. The day before I was to fly out, my original transport company failed to show up. With hours to go, Mercury stepped in and took care of the situation. I expect to book with them on my return trip.
