First time shipping a car, we weren't sure what to expect and a little bit nervous. After receiving multiple quotes/phone calls, we decided to go with Mercury. The quote was not the lowest, and the final price ended up being $25 more than the original quote, but was acceptable to us. One of the main reasons we went was the agent, Ryan Fowler. After talking to agents from several companies, Ryan seemed the most genuine and up front about the process. The communication was clear and precise. Everything was explained and from initial contact until delivery, both Ryan and the transportation company were excellent in communicating with us, not to mention professional and courteous. They answered all our questions. Pick-up and delivery was on-time and the transportation company driver kept us up-to-date on pick-up and delivery times and location. Would recommend and will definitely use again.
