When I was looking to transport a car from Alabama to California I was inundated with emails. What stood out was an email I received from Pete Reynolds, Mercury Auto Transport. Besides having an aggressive bid, he explained how the transportation industry worked.I was able to place an online order and he immediately followed up. I was donating the car so price was a concern since I was covering the shipping costs. I appreciate that he did NOT bait and switch me with the price he bid. Pete was nice, professional and had great communication during the process.I appreciated that I paid nothing but a small deposit when the carrier was contracted to pickup the car. The remaining balance was paid to the driver upon pickup. The travel gods might have been smiling on me because a few days later a carrier (a big shout out to Morning Star Transport for their awesome work) picked up the car and everything went as planned. A very smooth transaction all the way!!!
