I had to find a reliable transport service, ASAP, for 3 fleet cars. which were at our corporate office in the DFW area of Texas. I called all around, but was impressed with how friendly and quickly Lily was able to get me the information we needed. I truly believe that she went above and beyond the call of duty. The day I called her, she was changing jobs with transport companies...I was concerned that everything would have to be put on hold and/or that we wouldn't be able to obtain the discounts promised to us with her former company. Not only did she keep us informed, she kept our promised discount and still managed to talk to me, WHILE moving her office. I was very impressed. We are using her and Mercury again, to transport another car. I was also impressed with how friendly Jill is, as well. They go out of their way to give customer service. I will be recommending them to others, as well as using them again.
