This was our first time shipping a car. There certainly are quite a few brokers that offer the service. After reading a few reviews and signing onto a web site that puts your name out to many brokers, we decided to give Mercury auto transport a try. Our main concern was how and how often the communication with the broker would work out. Well, we talked with Jim Gozde after a few emails and he answered all our questions and explained the process. He was very communicative via phone, text and email, even over the weekend. I feel he went out of his way to make sure we were well aware of the progress of the truck once the logistics were worked out from arrival to pick up, right thru delivery at destination. Jim Gozde was very professional and very communicative thru phone, email, and text.The car will be coming back in a few months and we will be calling Jim to get it done. We are surprised how easy it was and never had a concern because Jim was on top of it and usually texted us every other day.
