Pick-up was on day before actually scheduled but later than originally scheduled due to severe weather delay. Driver was very diligent in preparing the vehicle for shipment and insisted that I stay with him until he had the car totally secured and ready for loading. Driver was very thorough in the walk around inspection.
When the car arrived in Las Vegas it was filthy from what appeared to be a lot of diesel smoke residue and a lot of road splash. It all cleaned up with no lasting effect however.
Jim was fantastic from the very beginning. He told me up front about what to expect. Since I had a very tight schedule for pickup he charged an extra fee but it was worth it to know the car would be picked up on a set day. On the day of pickup and after until day of delivery Jim contacted me a number of times to ensure everything was going as planned.
I will definitely use Jim and Mercury Auto Transport again if I need to ship a car.
