Contracted with McNutt Auto Transport for shipment of specialty offroad vehicle from Fresno, CA to Franktown, CO. McNutt contracted BIC Auto Transport Logistics. BIC owner Kevin Pierce did not record the mileage for the vehicle at pickup, subsequently drove the vehicle approximately 1640 miles, engaged and used the 4x4 system, and possibly towed a trailer and another vehicle instead of transporting on a trailer per contract. Paperwork was then altered to falsify mileage at pickup along with other actions, then and subsequently, to confuse and conceal that the vehicle was in fact driven. Significant damage is an estimate based on wear and tear of high end custom components, extended warranty consumption, and irrevocable loss of use. McNutt Auto Transport Voided the transport charge but refuses any further remediation. BIC owner Kevin Pierce continues to deny driving the vehicle.
