I did extensive research before selecting McNutt to transport my car, a Mercedes CLK55 from NC to WA. I even called McNutt and spoke with Jack McNutt who promised me that they never outsource and always transport every car from pick up to destination. That was a lie. They subcontracted to OK Auto Transport out of Spokane WA and my car arrived heavily damaged. Every surface and piece of glass was covered in thousands of rock chips. It looked like my Mercedes had been peppered with buckshot from multiple shotgun rounds. It took me 6 weeks of fighting and numerous interventions by my lawyer just to get them to fix my car. All the glass was replaced and the car was repainted, which took 2 months to get my car back. Thank god I took detailed pictures before transport. It was one of the worst experiences of my life and would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recommend them to anyone. While my car is now repaired it's actually worth 1/2 the normal value because of the damage & repair. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
