Around 6-22-11 I contracted with McNutt to move 2 trucks from PA to ND with a sensitive timeline which I explained when I contacted them. I realize there are no guarantees with auto transport because we use others for shorter distances a minimum of 1x/month. One of our carriers suggested this company because of the distance. Our card was charged the full amount immediately (first red flag) and when they could not fulfill the contract within the 2 week period we had to move the vehicles, we cancelled w/McNutt and used another broker. New broker had a transporter within 2 days and vehicles delivered promptly. McNutt told me on 3 occassions (more red flags) over 2 week period my credit card was credited which it was NOT. Extremely poor business ethic. Very nice people, friendly and courteous. I decided to write this review to hopefully save others from having their money tied up like mine. I could understand not finding a transporter, but not returning the money promptly and lying to a customer repeatedly is plain and simple BAD BUSINESS. It is now 7-15-11 and I still have not been reimbursed.

This order was placed on 6/23. The customer was contacted on 6/28 and advised they were still working on assignment. On 7/1 the customer called and cancelled because they said they were time sensitive and given a complete refund.
