The transport of my 2011 Suburban from Boulevard Cadillac, Long Beach, CA to Colorado was an excellent experience. This was my first auto transport experience and I had plenty of worries and concerns after reading the problems documented in reviews and across the internet. Boulevard Cadillac in Long Beach recommended McKnight and after considerable research I decided to go with them. They weren't the cheapest, but I figured that a recommendation from the dealership was a good sign. McKnight coordinated a smooth and timely pickup and delivery of my Suburban. They also took payment from the dealership so I didn't have to worry about paying the driver when the vehicle arrived. The driver called shortly after picking up the vehicle to let us know his plan for delivery. I spoke to him once during the transit to see how things were going. The vehicle arrived on time (a little early if we could have been available) and in excellent condition. The driver was very professional and helpful in inspecting the vehicle and pointing out the parts of the vehicle most commonly damaged when other companies transport vehicles. I was very pleased with the experience and won't hesitate to use McKnight and the driver again. Thanks.
