This is a scam. Mike will mislead you into paying the deposit then he would wait and he will threaten not to give you your deposit money back when the car is not picked up. When you insist, he then will contract the carrier with a higher price than what you originally agreed to without your knowlege. You will be surprised when the driver shows you the dispatch sheet asking more than the balance you are supposed to pay per your agreement. Then Mike will get rude when you contact him and says that "restrictions apply". All this is is a scam.
