I have to say Stuart is a man of his word. I had a terrible experience with another broker so I was very leary about dealing with someone else. Stuart definitely put my mind at ease. In our first conversation he said "I am a man of my word and I promise I'll get this done right for you". Everything he promised he followed through on. My car was picked up on time, delivered within the 10 days he quoted, and arrived with no issues. He called or text me just about everyday to make sure I was good and to provide updates. I really, really appreciate the personal attention I received by Stuart and would use or recommend them in a heartbeat. I'm really big on customer service and require excellence and Stuart exceeded my expectations. Upscale Auto needs to take a lesson from Stuart and Max Speed.
