They give you a quote, take a $75 deposit. If they have quoted too low they then do not answer your calls. They would not give me a pickup date. I tried to call them for two weeks on both the representative's number and their web site number and got no answer. Another company tipped me off that they did not answer if they quoted too low. So I called them on another phone and the call went through. I did not talk to them. I called my credit card company and they are trying to retrieve my $75.
