This carrier was assigned to me by a broker. Unlike some reviewers who can be unreasonable on the internet, I consider myself to be pretty understanding and reasonable about most things.
Master logistics: 1) I never heard from them regarding updates at any point of the process. I always had to be the one calling and trying to figure out when they would show up, what the progress was, etc.
2) They were late to pick up the car due to multiple mechanical problems with their truck. I was told, "The cold F******* weather was causing problems."
3) Their truck broke down multiple times on the trip, delaying the delivery.
4) The windshield was smashed upon arrival.
5) I am currently in the process of trying to get them to reimburse for the cost of repair for the window but they are not returning my calls or faxes.
Overall, this is a poorly run company and should be avoided if possible.
