We were in a bit of a bind due to contracting out another carrier for this transport. We were moving the family and the other carrier told us they would get our vehicles picked up by a certain day. We gave the other company three weeks to work on picking up our vehicles and when the time for our move neared the other company couldn't give us dates for a pick up of our vehicle. We called Marvel Auto Transport and explained to them our situation. The customer service on the other end was exemplary. They understood our frustration and told us they would do everything in their power to get the car picked up for us within 1-3 days. We went over pricing and it was simple with no pressure and the pricing was very reasonable for the short time frame we gave them. Two hours after securing the transport with Marvel Auto Transport they called us back to inform us that they had assigned us one of their drivers and that he would be arriving the next day to pick up our vehicles. Thirty minutes after that our driver Micah who was very personable called us and gave us a window for when he would be arriving the next day to pick up our vehicles. Micah was very kind when he arrived he made sure to accommodate our needs and patiently waited while we dealt with the movers who were working on moving our furniture in and out of our old house. When it came time to load the vehicles we did an inspection together to make sure everything checks out on the vehicles and Micah had the vehicles loaded in ten minutes. Our vehicles were delivered in a fast timely manner a few days later in great condition no damages done to our vehicles. I would HIGHLY recommend Marvel Auto Transport. They really saved us on this move. From Beginning to end the process was pleasant great communication friendly staff we genuinely got a great value for this transport. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to all of our friends. Thank you guys!!
