Direct Express contracted Mans Auto transport to transport my 1970 restored truck from AZ to MA. Mans Auto Transport picked up my Truck on 7/3/08 and said they were going from Phoenix w/ 1 drop off in TX and one stop in NY and would be in MA in 4-5 days .After many unreturned phone calls I was contacted on 7/14/08 and was told if i wanted to get my truck, I had to pick and alternate location due to the truck hydraulics were not working.When delivered to alternate location there was damage to the truck. When contacting the owner Sandy Patton his comment was "he did not do the damage and if I file a claim he will deny it" . I have contacted his Insurance Company " Watson Insurance Company of Manchester NH, they said " we are only the Agent, they contacted Canal Insurance, Greenville SC, and they will not respond. Never use Man Auto Transport, Rye Beach NH .
