M&M appeared to be the absolute best choice for our family's auto transport needs. After reviewing several companies Ms. Laura's kind, professional mannerism helped us to declare M&M a the chosen auto transport operation. However, Ms. Laura mislead us regarding transporting items in the car, the delivery date, and failed to mention that they would be subcontracting another transporter. Granted, because she convinced us that M&M would handle our car with a "white gloves" on a working class USA citizen's budget we shipped our vehicle with that company. Only to be stressed out without a car for 9 days, Uber and car rental cost and to boot a storage fee of $100.00 because I was at work when the driver finally arrived, after I clearly to him 4 hours ahead I was not available to receive my car. Whew what a mess! It's 8:21 pm Oct 18, 2021 and no car after several promises to deliver since 5:00 a.m. 1 star because Laura is employed there and she did speak kindly to me.
