We had issues with another company not picking up on time, we canceled with them and rebooked with M&M, Simon reassured us our vehicle would be picked up on same day as making reservation. Not only did they pick up 3 hours later, he had the driver call us to confirm pick up as soon as we booked. Truck was also delivered 1 day early.
