Firstly, Julian, the booking agent was very accommodating. He was kind enough to price match from a competitive carrier. He went over every detail, step by step. I was nervous as this was my first time shipping my 2 vehicles across the country. He eased my anxiety and everything he promised was delivered. From the time frame that the carrier would arrive to pick up my vehicles to the time they would be delivered. Most importantly, he delivered a follow up call to see how everything went.
