The absolute worst experience. My vehicle was picked up the night prior than reserved and still didn't arrive at their suggested time. More than 5 hours late. Tony Molina was the broker from M&M that I dealt with. I explained how skeptical I was as this was my first time having to acquire such a service. I wasn't able to find any legitimate information about his company on the BBB's website, which should have been my sign to run the other way. I still decided to give them a shot. He explained I would be assigned a transporter/driver. My vehicle was assigned to Carry Transportation Inc and driver "Yehven". As stated previously, my vehicle was picked up the eve prior to the date on my reservation. I was in Mississippi as I had fled New York City amid COVID-19 and needed my vehicle here to return the rental I had for a month (hence the importance of my vehicle arriving on time). When my vehicle finally did arrive, upon inspection, I discovered motor oil from the car above mine had dripped down on my windshield and hood. The driver refunded me $50 to have my vehicle washed. Three days later, I check my bank account and I had been charged tolls to my EZ-Pass. When I reached out to Tony he basically told me it was not the driver's responsibility to remove my EZ-pass. When I asked for an itemized invoice/receipt for my transport that would support my tolls were included in the cost of my transport included all taxes, fees, and tolls, I was simply provided with an email that stated what everything would cost. EZ -Pass requests an invoice or receipt. The only thing about this experience I can say was reasonable was the cost of getting my vehicle from NYC to MS for $800. Anything outside of that was piss poor. Piss poor communication, piss poor customer satisfaction, piss poor accountability, and piss poor service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND M&M FREIGHT & LOGISTICS NOR CARRY TRANSPORTATION INC TO MY WORST ENEMY.

We are truly sorry to hear about this negative experience you had. we are sorry that you forgot to prepare your vehicle accordingly and that created some extras fees from your EZ pass. you hired us to transport your vehicle not prepare it for transport, we worked really hard to provide you with the service even in the middle of the COVID PANDEMIC. we would love to help you with any transportation you might have in the future and we would like to offer you a $100 dollar discount on any future transport you might need. give me a call and I would love to see how we can make this situation about the added fees on your EZ pass.
