Overall my experience with this company was great up until pick up and delivery. And makes me think I should’ve gone with a different company. The rep that worked with me, said she would send me the drivers information which she never did said she would send me a copy of my payment confirmation she never did. And when I reached out to her for THREE DAYS to get the information I needed, she ignored me. I sent texts after texts. When I came to wanting to make a complaint again she ignored me. I stressed so much how important it was for the pick up date and the drop off date. The driver was not one but two days late for pick up causing me a fee to pay and then the drop off was a day late. Maybe others haven’t had this experience but I did. And I should’ve gone with a different company because this one didn’t hold up it’s promises.

Aundrea, I am very sorry that you had this issue with your transportation. we work extremely hard to make sure that every vehicle is picked up and delivered on time but unfortunately like in your case we arrived later than expected. If you are willing to give us a second change the next time that you want to move a vehicle we can offer you a 15% discount from the total price. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this delay might have caused you and we are working on bettering our communication with our customers.
