After doing some homework through the BBB, I contracted with Bravo Transport to have two vehicles transported. They in turn contracted with M & E Auto transport. Two days before the cars were to be picked up, I tried contacting M & E using the numbers provided to me by Bravo. The phones just rang and rang; no one answered and no voicemail picked up. I called Bravo Transport and explained that I was having no luck contacting M & E and had no idea when they were coming to retrieve the vehicles. They called me back and said they'd pick the vehicles up on Saturday "sometime after lunch".

Well Saturday, sometime after lunch, came and went and no one showed. Again, calls to the business went unanswered. I decided to hop on the internet to research M & E and I came across everyone's horrible reviews!!!! An hour later, some guy called and in very broken English, rudely asked me why no one was at my residence in California so he could pick up the cars. I told him to forget it!!!! He could consider the contract cancelled and there was no chance that I'd hand my vehicles over to him.

Thank you all for saving me the angst and despair of dealing with this company!!!!
