If your broker tries to use this company to ship your vehicle I would suggest you not accepting the offer.

The contact person for this company for me was Alex. Unprofessional, does not communicate, disrespectful and unapologetic. I dropped my car off to Alex on Sun., July 17 in a tow yard in Linden, NJ. He told me my car would get picked up within the next 2-3 days. I asked how long would it take for the driver to complete the delivery, he went on to say 3-4 days after pick up, which was a lie, one of the many lies he has told me. I did not hear back from him, even after I asked him to let me know when it got on the truck. On Tues. , July 19, I sent Alex a text asking if my vehicle got picked up, he answered and said tomorrow. On Wed., July 20 I reached out to confirm and got no answer from Alex so I reached out to my broker AAA Transporters who confirmed that the car was picked up. It is now August 2 and I have yet to receive my vehicle. Alex has not been answering any type of communication from me. The only time I got a chance to speak to him was when my broker did a three way phone call and even then he admitted to ignoring my calls because "I was calling too much," these were his exact words. I called and left him a voicemail today informing him I will be placing a police report for a stolen vehicle. He called back less than 10 minutes later and proceeded to tell me "I don't have to deal with your bullshit anymore, call the cops, tell them to call me," after that he hung up and I have not heard back. I will proceed with the stolen vehicle report if my car is not delivered by the end of day today.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not understand how people can be so unprofessional and conduct business this way.
