The car was supposed to be pickup up on X date. they haven't called, not pickup up the car even after 10 days of scheduled pickup date.
Very very poooor Customer service. Each time you call them, they would respond saying that they would get in touch with despatch section and get back to you but they never call you. Finally, after 15 days of placeing the order, their options provided to me are to wait till they schedule another truck for pick(GOD only knows when that would be) or cancel the order.. I strongly advise to think twice before a decision is taken....
