phillip and luis never call back i called many times for update had to leave message no one ever calls back i e-mailed to have them call me luis emailed back 4 days later but i still never had a call to update my pick up the est ship date was 4-17 to 4-19 it is now 5-13 still have not heard from anyone i would not use this moving co ever
